technologies. Job Description Technician role consisting of
supporting test equipment development application support team.
Candidate will be working to diagnose issues, implement
modifications, prepare systems for test, and maintain test
equipment for the test equipment development team. Some work tasks
would include:-Diagnosing basic tester issues-Moving samples and
assisting engineers in modifications to test systems-Management of
team inventory and tools-Support all tester related issues that may
crop up during testing Qualifications Basic Qualifications:*
Associate's degree in Automotive Technology, Electronic Technology,
Computer Science or Engineering, or experience in related field.*
1+ years of electrical/electronics experience including wiring and
diagnosing* Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Skype
and Teams* Must have experience with panel end equipment wiring
practices* Must be proficient with troubleshooting methods and
tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes* Must be able to read a
wiring schematic* Must be able to work through power / signal paths
to determine failed components* Must be proficient with basic hand
tools for assembling and light fabrication including but not
limited to wrenches, drivers, and drills. Preferred
Qualifications:* 5+ years of electrical/electronics laboratory
experience* Willing to consistently improve upon lab work* Strong
attention to detail and sense of order* High level of initiative,
communication, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills* Must be
flexible with assignments and be able to prioritize work. Many
times issues come up that need to be handled urgently. The
candidate must be able to handle this well and mange task
priorities and timing expectations with the team that he is doing
work for.* Must be able to work with limited information provided
by engineering team(s) to draw correct conclusions and complete
tasks without additional direction.* Must be open to learning new
skills, mastering new computer programs, researching new
techniques, etc Flexibility is crucial. Additional Information *Up
