importance! JOB SUMMARY - Working in conjunction with manufacturer
in Michigan, oversees receipt and distribution of material from
Mississauga, CAN site. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may
include the following: Receiving, packaging, inventory control,
cycle counts, and order picking functions. Use of motorized
material handling equipment. Organizing product inventory within
allotted area. Utilizing software to bill orders and create
shipping documents. Schedule carriers as needed. Noting and
reporting shipment discrepancies. Maintain shipment log and site
metrics. Responsible for cleanup, storage, documentation, and
disposal of hazardous material spills and contaminations. Utilize
phone and email communications to communicate shipment information.
Communicate with customer, sales representatives, and main
warehouse. Monitor flow of product to customers. Prepare shipments
in accordance with TDG. Monitors and audits all outbound shipments
to ensure compliance with TDG. Supervisory functions include
monitoring of additional employees deemed necessary for the
warehouse. Self motivation and attention to detail required as is
the ability to work well with others. Other duties assigned as
necessary. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an

and/or EXPERIENCE :Some College Experience a plus, 3-5 years'
experience in warehouse operations, or some combination thereof.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as
safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure
manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or
employees of organization. French a plus. MATHEMATICAL
SKILLSAbility to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability
to perform these operations using units of American money and
weight measurement, volume, and distance. COMPUTER SKILLSGood
working knowledge of Word, excel, and outlook. Ability to learn
"DEACOM" computer system. Previous use of computerized scanning
software a plus. REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense
understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral,
or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several
concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATES,
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSPrevious material handling equipment
certifications with the ability to be re-certified. Ability to be
trained and certified in accordance with TDG regulations. PHYSICAL
