Job Description:

* Team management skills, managing a team of minimum 10+ resources
* Responsible for handling multiple sites(hospitals/clinics) .
* Drive and motivate the team
* Customer relationship building
* Customer escalation management
* ServiceNow experience preferred
* SLA and KPI management
* Good knowledge on field services management (Desktop/End user computing)
* Incident and request management
* Familiar with ticketing tool
* Reviewing technicians' performance and utilization review
* On call support
* Report generation from ticketing tool

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Covid Vaccine mandatory

Experience:
* Desktop support: 4 years (Preferred)
* iOS: 4 years (Preferred)
* Windows: 4 years (Preferred)
