Job Description:

The Plumber is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of plumbing systems in your assigned location. Job Responsibilities:

• Inspects assigned areas on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition
  • Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedure.
    • Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replace or mend broken pipes and open clogged drains
