position starts at $28.61 hourly and may increase with relevant
work experience and transferrable skills Position Summary:The
Compensation Analyst will analyze and implement the Credit Union's
total compensation programs, ensuring that CFCU's total rewards
package is competitive to attract, engage, and retain high
performing team members. Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:The minimum requirement for any team member of our
company is to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others,
with a commitment to a workplace of dignity and respect, in

regulations. We also require, as a minimum standard, that all team
members have the ability to accept direction and constructive
criticism from supervisors and managers. Assess positions and their
respective duties to determine classification as exempt or
nonexempt and internal equity in pay grades. Evaluate internal and
external pay equity, providing recommendations where
necessary.Conduct data, cost analyses and provide recommendations
for pay offers on new positions, promotions, transfers, and other
job or organizational changes.Use analytics to monitor the
effectiveness of total rewards package. Research practices in the
finance services and Credit Union industries to make informed
future of work strategiesSupport the planning and execution of the
bi-annual compensation review process Maintain the credit union's
position and compensation structures and documentation (i.e. salary
grades/position pricing, third party benchmarks, merit increase
matrix, compensation & performance evaluation program)Maintain
knowledge of rules and laws which govern compensation and benefit
administration practices. Advise management on applicable state and
federal compensation and benefit regulation and policy
changesMaintain confidentiality of information as required by
organizational policies. Serve as a backup to other Total Rewards
team members. Be an advocate of the Community Financial Credit
Union culture by supporting diversity, wellbeing, and other credit
union initiatives. Foster a positive image of the credit union via
professional representation in all contacts and complies with all
of the credit union's mission, vision, and values.Perform other
duties as directed by leadership. Qualifications Required:High
school diploma or equivalent.2-4 years of compensation
experience.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability
to present to a variety of stakeholdersStrong knowledge of laws
related to compensation, including the FLSA, Fair Pay Act, etc.High
proficiency using Excel and Word.Effective planning and priority
setting. Ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously
while working under pressure to meet deadlines.Ability to project a
high degree of professionalism, a positive image of self, and of
the credit union,Ability to maintain confidential information.
Qualifications Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration or in Human Resources. Knowledge using ADP Work
Force Now. Working Conditions:This position works in-office and
remotely. Work requires an appropriate work environment in the
home. In-office working conditions are normal. Lighting,
temperature, audio, and work space are all sufficient. Work
requires the ability to constantly operate a computer and the
