Title: Business Analyst ILocation: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in a strategic program that will modernize key IT systems & build the foundation that will drive business transformation. Primary responsibilities include working with Business and IT stakeholders to methodically understand and decompose current processes and systems landscape, including external supplier integration points. The Business Analyst will drive value throughout the entire development lifecycle, from project inception, requirements, design, constructing, testing, and deployment.The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, willing to challenge status quos, learn quickly, self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to sift through voluminous amounts of information to pinpoint which items are relevant for inclusion in the future state solutions (COTS and/or custom developed).Position Requirements:The Business Analyst will need blend of general IT and business skills, and experience leading cross-functional initiatives that enable facilitation sessions with multiple stakeholders to drive measurable results. This role will require impeccable organizational, time management, and communication skills, and ideal candidates must work well in a matrix organization. Ideal candidates will also have strong problem-solving skills and general experience operating in an office environment, such as an office manager or administrative role, as well as utilizing Microsoft Office Suite programs.
