Duration: 3 to 6 months contract with possibility to fulltime

Job Description:

--- Professional work history or training with a focus on IT or automotive systems.
--- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
--- Computer hardware and software experience
--- Knowledge of LAN/WAN IT infrastructure
--- Ability to diagnose and repair PC hardware/ networking components.
--- Substantial problem-solving abilities
--- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
--- Always maintain a professional image
--- Dedication to excellent attendance.

Responsibilities:
- Duties include problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and developing follow-up steps in support of IT systems that support vehicle programming.
- Able to resolve fewer complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are escalated for resolution.

Experience:
- Customer contact experience.
- Computer hardware and software experience.
- If someone is a fresher and some certifications in IT and network, also eligible to apply for this job.

Skills:
- Exceptional communications and organizational Skills.
Education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D at least.
