As a -Specialty Pharmacy Technician, -you'll be responsible for
interpreting and entering prescription data in our pharmacy system,
answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to / from
patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of
customer service and maximized productivity. Along the way, you'll

This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll need to work
within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to
questions or provide specific medication details / clinical
information. It's a fast paced, high volume environment where our
members are counting on us to deliver these important, sometimes
life - saving medications in an accurate and efficient manner.
Schedule: -Possibility to work anytime between 7PM to 7PM CST
Location:
Hybrid at 4100 S Saginaw St, Flint, MI (3 days in office, 2 days at
home)
Primary Responsibilities:
Verify appropriate and accurate patient information
Enter prescription data into pharmacy system
Contact patients, pharmacists, and providers to resolve issues
Other assignments and projects as need
Maintain proficiency and quality as standardized by the
department

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an

Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
Current Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence without
restrictions
1+ years of pharmacy prescription processing experience
Basic level of proficiency with computer navigation and Microsoft
programs such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Flexibility to work between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM CST Monday
through Friday. Shift will be consistent once determined. Overtime
may be required on weekdays and weekends as needed
Must reside within commuting distance to the Flint, MI office (4100
S Saginaw St) and comply with the hybrid work model to work 2-3
days in office each week
Preferred Qualifications:
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or NHA)
Specialty pharmacy experience -
