Description:Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is searching for a team member focused on logistics and crematory operations at our Twinsburg, Ohio facility. Experience in dispatching is preferred. The position entails:-- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.-- Performs opening and closing duties to ensure the safety of staff, equipment, and facilities.-- Leads and inspires the Faithful Companion team to deliver exceptional service on a daily basis.-- Conducts high-quality, respectful cremation services (training provided.)-- Plans and schedules driver routes for pick-ups and returns to home and veterinary clinics.-- Serves as the main point of contact for all driver-facing communication via phone, proprietary software, text, and email.-- Maintains attention to detail while serving multiple families, ensuring an error-free standard.-- Monitors the movement of drivers to meet scheduled pick-ups and returns efficiently.-- Responds to customers and veterinary staff promptly and professionally, providing thorough support.-- Assists in maintaining a clean and presentable state of the crematory facility and company vehicles.Requirements:-- Comfortable speaking to people with compassion and professionalism.-- Valid Driver's License.-- Possess a clean motor vehicle record.-- Successfully pass a 4-panel drug test and background check.-- Ability to lift at least 75lbs unaided.-- A cell phone with the ability to call, text, and use a GPS application.-- Detail-oriented customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering error-free services.-- Flexibility with scheduling, evening and weekends are required and shifts will vary.Compensation details: 20-22 Hourly WagePI90c23a580ec3-25660-37690333
