Sales Associate Position:

We need someone who can start right away, putting in 40-45 hours a week. We will provide a laptop with everything you need to succeed. You will be paid salary, and your contract will be considered at-will employment. Exceptional work and results will be rewarded.

* Manage pipeline of opportunities for a designated territory from qualification to closed won complete. This involves project meetings, phone calls, reading construction drawings & specs, coordinating with Sales Manager in territory to develop specifications and follow these through the bidding, submittal process.
* Coordinate support from Sales Admin Team to provide timely quotes.
* Answering phones, making outbound calls to follow up on projects. Communication via multiple means to keep opportunities flowing and supported.
* Contribute to team to ensure continued development of Inside Sales team to create Outstanding Client Experience.

* Primary targets are Closed Won Sales, Activity Scoring (Points for Phone Calls, Emails, Meetings).
* Requires use of phone, email, text to communicate with clients, team members, and SM.
* Developing opportunities from Pre-specification (Design Development) to Closed Won, coordinating with multiple team members. Reading of construction documents, proposals, and shop drawings to understand specification, details, and opportunities for spec change.
* Responsiveness and follow-up are important to seeing opportunities through and providing exceptional client experience.
* Entry of part numbers and data into quoting and CRM systems.
* Proficient in use of Microsoft suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

* Health insurance
* Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
* Bonus pay

* Clawson, MI 48017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
