Responsibilities:
--- Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
--- Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
--- Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
--- Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team
--- Team Sales
--- Individual sales
--- Database
--- Grow your division

Qualifications:

--- Excellent customer service and communication skills
--- A real estate license is required
--- Brokers license or ability to obtain one
--- Commission opportunity
--- Sales experience
--- The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
