Here, you'll be supported with what you need to succeed, including: Proven talk tracks and sales training with a clear, repeatable process Warm leads mixed with neighborhood outreach Field-based owners working right beside you (sales is a team sport!) You will: Meet homeowners in your territory and start real, professional conversations Inspect roofs and properties safely and professionally (we train you) Explain findings clearly and honestly Work with insurance adjusters when appropriate Earn signed work authorizations through trust, not pressure Follow up consistently and professionally with homeowners Build a personal referral network over time Use simple CRM tools to stay organized and effective Youll work independently, but never without support.
