Job Description:

MISSION: Identify root causes and implement rapid, effective solutions for urgent, high-impact issues. Resolve product quality concerns to minimize warranty claims and enhance customer satisfaction. MAIN TASKS: Lead the implementation of RPS methodologies and competencies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive the resolution of quality issues by leveraging business metrics to prioritize and address critical concerns effectively. Teach, coach and mentor team members in the application of structured problem-solving methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide global cross-functional support for complex problem-solving activities, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions. Adopt a strategic, big-picture approach to problem-solving and issue resolution, considering both immediate fixes and long-term improvements. Apply advanced problem-solving tools and techniques to identify and resolve non-conformance issues, ensuring robust and sustainable solutions. Quickly and accurately define problems, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions. Lead and direct problem-solving initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert in reactive methodologies such as Shainin Red X and Kepner-Tregoe. Serve as a mentor and expert in Kepner-Tregoe and Shainin methodologies, guiding teams in their practical application. Support the development of robust solutions to ensure consistent application of design standards and best practices. Set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple technical and business projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
