The Role: Delivery Technician (Part-Time) As a Delivery Technician, you’ll be responsible for stocking and maintaining referral source loan closets and supporting our Orthotics & Prosthetics department to ensure accurate billing, complete documentation, and exceptional service to our partners. ???? What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently ???? What You’ll Be Doing Deliver and stock medical equipment at referral source and Stock & Bill locations Set up equipment and provide demonstrations for customers and referral sources as needed Process and distribute paperwork such as admission packets, patient instructions, DME orientations, and rental agreements Track Stock & Bill equipment to ensure all necessary documentation is received Load and unload equipment—lifting up to 100 lbs Pick up or collect returned equipment and verify item identification Obtain customer signatures for deliveries and pickups Follow all State of Michigan and Binson’s driving regulations Follow safety protocols when handling contaminated or infected equipment Adhere to store security procedures, emergency preparedness plans, and quality assurance standards Assist with inventory control, order tracking, and rental equipment logging Perform other duties as requested ????
