Job Description:
Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Project
Contractor Part Time Location: Remote / Hybrid (as applicable)
Schedule: 9AM to 5PM (20hrs/week) Compensation: $79.18/hour The OCM
Project Contractor supports the OCM Lead on a high-profile business
and digital transformation initiative. This role is responsible for
coordinating and executing Organizational Change Management (OCM)
activities under the direction of the OCM Lead. Strategic
direction, final decisions, and senior stakeholder alignment remain
with the OCM Lead. Essential Duties: Support the OCM Lead in
coordinating and executing change assessments and OCM activities
Draft and coordinate OCM deliverables, including communications and
training materials Manage communications and training calendars to
ensure deliverables are drafted, reviewed, approved, and released
on time Track action items, decisions, and next steps; proactively
follow up to ensure closure Complete assigned deliverables
accurately and on schedule, adapting quickly as plans evolve Draft
communications across multiple channels including email,
PowerPoint, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and technical documentation
Support development and coordination of training materials and
artifacts Navigate multiple reviewers and approval steps,
incorporating feedback constructively Identify risks, gaps, or
dependencies early and escalate as needed Maintain project tracking
tools, calendars, and planning documentation Qualifications: 3
years of experience supporting large, complex projects in
fast-paced environments 3 years of experience supporting OCM and/or
training functions (e.g., Change Management Practitioner, Learning
Program Manager, Instructional Designer) Experience working in
agile environments with iterative delivery Strong organizational
skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing deliverables with multiple stakeholders and
conflicting feedback Proficiency with MS Outlook, Jira, Excel,
SharePoint, and similar planning tools Familiarity with Copilot or
similar AI tools preferred Prosci or similar OCM certification
preferred Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and
solution-focused mindset TMN
