Job Description:
Hope Network is seeking a dedicated Clubhouse Generalist to join
our team in providing holistic support services within our Social
Services division. This role is pivotal in facilitating an
empowering environment for individuals recovering from mental
illness, ensuring they have access to the resources needed for
personal development, vocational training, and social integration.
The Clubhouse Generalist will work closely with members to
implement and manage tailored support plans, engage in skills
training, and foster a supportive community atmosphere. Ideal
candidates will possess a strong understanding of mental health
recovery, a passion for social service, and a commitment to
enhancing our member’s quality of life. Directly engage and
interact with members to promote personal development and mental
health recovery. Facilitate social activities, educational
workshops, and vocational training sessions. Collaborate with
community resources to enhance service offerings to members. Manage
daily operations within the clubhouse, including planning,
coordinating, and executing daily tasks and long-term projects.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recovery plans and adapt
strategies as necessary. Support members in achieving their
personal and professional goals through individualized planning and
group sessions. Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
for all members and staff. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Experience in mental health support and recovery processes
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency in managing projects and organizing events Capability
to adapt to changing situations and needs within a community
setting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
CPR and First Aid Certification preferred Certified Psychiatric
Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) qualification is a plus
