Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Two part-time Physical
Therapist positions are available for the 2026/2027 school year in
the Roseburg, Oregon area. These are full-time contract roles (40
hours/week) beginning in late July or early August and continuing
through June 11, 2027. Both roles are based in school settings
providing critical PT services to youth, with locations in Jackson
County and a nearby early childhood program. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services to children birth to 3 years as
part of Early Intervention in Jackson County with an average
caseload of 20 children Collaborate with families, educators, and
healthcare providers to support children's development Participate
in weekly team meetings and frequent in-service training sessions
tailored to skill growth and program needs Support care transitions
through partnership with local NICU programs for at-risk infants
Provide services consistent with caseload demands, including weekly
45-minute sessions and periodic visits Qualifications and
Experience: Current licensed Physical Therapist credential valid
for practice in Oregon Experience and comfort working in
school-based and early intervention settings Excellent
communication and teamwork skills to engage families and
multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to support varying caseloads
