Pay: $2,100 to $2,200 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job details: Position: Social Worker (MSW) Location: Detroit, MI. Shift: Days/Afternoon – 5x8s 40 hrs per week. Duration: 13 weeks Job Duties Provide social work services to students and families Assess needs and create care plans Work with school staff to support students Help with discharge planning and case management Refer families to community resources Communicate clearly with students, families, and staff Requirements Minimum 5 years of case management experience At least 2 years of recent acute inpatient case management experience (very important) Experience in discharge planning Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) Valid Michigan Social Worker License (LMSW or LLMSW) Valid Michigan driver’s license and insured vehicle Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients Home care experience
