Acruex Health Pay: $36 to $49 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5
days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Permanent (Full
Time) Pay Rate: $36.31 - $49.13/hourly. It is a Therapist that is
needed but they will need to have a masters' degree in Social Work,
Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of
Michigan licensure. Summary: As an social worker supervisor, you
will be responsible for the following: The social worker supervisor
will be responsible for the administrative and clinical functioning
of the program. This will include all of the functions necessary to
ensure the identification and engagement of eligible social worker
supervisor participants, and the delivery of social worker
supervisor services to those participants and their families. In
addition to overseeing the program, the social worker supervisor
will participate in the delivery of direct services to participants
and facilitate adherence to fidelity standards. Regular working
hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Fridays
8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Based on the needs of the clients and the
program, additional hours are expected, including evening and
weekends. Will provide after-hours coverage for crisis calls to
support program staff as needed. Requirements Requirements: Must
have a master’s degree in social work and full licensure (LMSW
only) in the State of Michigan. Required Must have at least two
years of experience working with or treating adults with serious
mental illness. Required Experience working in a community mental
health setting. - [HIGHLY PREFERED] Supervisory experience and
experience working as a member of an ACT team. - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
Candidate will meet the criteria for Qualified Mental Health
Professional (QMHP) consistent with current certification standards
for adult programs within 120 days of hire. Must also have a
Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor (CAADC) credential or have
the ability to be on an approved for a professional development
plan for a CAADC through MCBAP within 30 days of hire. Must apply
for a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) development plan through
MCBAP once the CAADC has been issued and obtain the CCS within the
timeframe allowed by MCBAP. Must demonstrate competence in mental
health and co-occurring substance use treatment. Candidates must be
willing to maintain the fidelity of the ACT model, and to lead a
team of ACT advocates, nurses and peer support specialists. Must
demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with clients,
community members and agency staff, and the ability to work both
independently and as a team member. Must have excellent written,
verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Benefits Benefits:
