Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Social
Worker position is available within a school-based residential
facility in Rochester, MI. This role primarily serves K-12
students, with a focus on middle and high school-aged youth. The
facility supports male youth who are victims or offenders of sexual
violence, requiring professionals with experience in this sensitive
area. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct social work services
to male students within the residential facility. - Develop and
implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each
students needs. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams,
including educators, counselors, and external agencies. - Maintain
accurate case documentation and adhere to confidentiality
protocols. - Conduct assessments and provide crisis intervention as
needed. - Participate in team meetings and case reviews. - Deliver
services on-site; virtual services are not applicable for this
role. Qualifications and Experience: - Current and valid Michigan
Social Worker license required (license verification required). -
Experience working with male youth in residential or school
settings, especially involving victims/offenders of sexual
violence. - Ability to work full-time, 35 hours per week. - Strong
communication, assessment, and intervention skills. - Comfortable
working on-site at all times. - Supervision can be provided by the
district if needed. Location: - Rochester, MI, onsite services
